Returns & Refunds Policy
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads or other digital items once the order has been completed. If you experience any issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at connect@nopotinsight.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Physical Products
You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it by contacting us by email at connect@nopotinsight. If your order has already been received, please contact us to request a return and include the reason for your request.
Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of initiating the return and must be in the same condition as it was received, including original packaging where applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, reimbursement will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be returned within 7 days of the return request.
Be in the same condition as received.
Be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless otherwise stated. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in return transit.
